Trails by day, the ranch by night
More than 32,000 acres of Shenandoah National Park lie in Madison County. Hike the Blue Ridge, then come back to a quiet farmhouse.

An easy base for the Blue Ridge
Whindale Ranch is a farmhouse on an 86-acre working cattle farm in Pratts, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six guests. After a long day on the trail there is a fire pit, a covered pavilion and pasture views from the porch.
