What amenities are there?

Air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, hairdrier and laundry. There are smart TVs in the living room, the master bedroom and on the outdoor patio, and a separate office space with high speed internet and a printer. The farmhouse is fully air-conditioned and heated.

Are there animals on the farm?

Cattle graze on the property and are relocated in the Fall and brought back in the Spring. Horses roam the paddocks year-round.

Is the patio kitchen always available?

The patio kitchen-counter water is switched off pre-winter and turned back on pre-summer, depending on weather conditions.

How does booking and payment work?

To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.

What is the cancellation policy?

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.

Are pets or smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Dogs allowed with prior approval from the host. $25 fee. Regret no cats. Pet fee: $25, one-time, for any number of pets. No cats.

No loud music. Social gathering permitted with prior approval.

Can I bring ATVs or motorcycles?

ATV’s, UTV’s, Motorcycles etc, are not permitted on the property.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, house or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
