Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.

Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, house or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Dogs allowed with prior approval from the host. $25 fee. Regret no cats.

Noise and Disturbance Policy: No loud music. Social gathering permitted with prior approval.

Off road vehicles: ATV’s, UTV’s, Motorcycles etc, are not permitted on the property.

Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by Federal & State laws.

By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Security cameras: There are 3 cameras on the property. Front porch camera is disabled when guests are present.
